Fried fish in masala style
Ingredients:
- Fish fillet ½ kg
- Egg 1
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Boiled tomatoes 3
- Water ½ cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Coriander leaves as required
- Salt as required
Method:
- Cut ½ kg fish in fingers.Add 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste, salt as required, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 egg, 3 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp corn flour and marinate. Deep fry in the hot oil.As the fish gets golden dish out.
- In wok take 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1chopped onion, and cook till it gets golden brown.Add 3 chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp red chili powder, salt as required and water. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and dry out the water.Add coriander leaves as per requirement and fried fish. Serve hot.
