Cook Fish Cake


Ingredients
  • Fish Fillet ½ kg
  • Lemon skin 1
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 2
  • Egg 2
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Parsley ¼ bunch
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Dill chopped 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:-
  • Boil 1/2 kg fish fillet in water .Remove, place on a tissue paper and pat dry.Shred the fish with the help of your hands and place in a bowl.Add 1tsp mustard powder,2 boiled and mashed potatoes,2tbsp butter 1tbsp finely chopped soya,1/4 finely chopped parsely.1tbsp lemon juice,1 lemon zest, salt as required and 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper .Leave for marination.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions. And shape into medium sized round kebabs.Dredge in flour and dip in the 2 beaten eggs. Dredge in bread crumbs .Heat 3tbsp oil in a frying pan, and fry the fish cakes from both the sides until golden brown in color.
