Chicken short pasta with cauliflower


Ingredients
  • Boiled Chicken breast 2
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Boiled cauliflower florets ½
  • Milk 1/2l
  • Chopped parsley 1/4bunch
  • Parmesan cheese 50g
  • Boiled Pasta 1/2packet
  • Oregano 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Butter 3tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Flour 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Salt as required
Method 
  • Melt 3tbsps of butter in pan and add 2tbsps of oil.Add 4-5tbsps of flour and cook until the raw flavor of flour cooks out.In a separate pan boil the cauliflower florets and 1/4bunch chopped parsley and drain.
  • In a wok pour 1/2l milk and add 1bay leaf. When the milk begins to boil stir in the prepared roux (cooked flour) until the milk begins to thicken.
  • Add 1 tsp oregano, parsley, salt as required, ½ tsp black pepper powder,50 gm parmesan cheese, Mix well to form a thick mixture. 
  • Now add in the boiled cauliflower, boiled chicken cubes and ½ packet boiled pasta. Toss well and serve.
