Baked Chicken Potatoes


Ingredients
  • Chicken slices 1/2kg
  • Sliced onions 2
  • Medium sized potatoes 2
  • Sliced boiled tomatoes 2
  • Finely chopped green chilies 3
  • Finely chopped parsley 1/4bunch
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2packet
  • Water 1/2cup
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
Method
  • Heat oil in a wok , add the garlic paste until the odor gradually finishes.Add in the strips of chicken and the sliced onions. Fry until the color of the chicken changes and the onions become soft and pink.Season the mixture with salt and 1/4tsp black pepper.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish .Arrange the potato slices and tomato slices in a single layer on top of the chicken.Add ½ cup water along with the chopped parsely and chopped green chilies. Sprinkle the remaining black pepper a little salt on top.
  • Lastly sprinkle the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes.When the chicken is nice and golden and the potatoes are tender remove and serve.
