Tandoori chicken popcorn


Ingredients
  • Chicken boneless cubes 400 gm
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
Method
  • Marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours with the following ingredients. 2tbsp Yogurt, 1tbsp Lemon juice, 1tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp, Chili powder, 1tsp Cumin powder, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Salt, 2tbsp Tandoori masala . 
  • Heat oil for deep frying, dip chicken cubes in the plain flour, coating all the sides twice.Deep fry till crisp and golden, serve with coriander and mint chutney.
