Tandoori chicken popcorn
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless cubes 400 gm
- Flour 1 cup
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method
- Marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours with the following ingredients. 2tbsp Yogurt, 1tbsp Lemon juice, 1tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp, Chili powder, 1tsp Cumin powder, 1 ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Salt, 2tbsp Tandoori masala .
- Heat oil for deep frying, dip chicken cubes in the plain flour, coating all the sides twice.Deep fry till crisp and golden, serve with coriander and mint chutney.
