Mustard Almond Chicken Salad


Ingredients
  • Boiled chicken 250 gm
  • Roasted almond 125 gm
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Ice berg 1
  • Carrot 2
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Salt to taste 
Method
  • Boil 250 gm chicken and cut into small cubes, also cut 1 capsicum and 2 carrot in slices.Chop 1 piece of ice berg or salad leaves.In a bowl put together chicken cubes and all the vegetables. Mix well.
  • Add 6 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp mustard paste, ¼ tsp black peeper, 2 tbsp vinegar and salt to taste. Mix well.Now put this mixture in a platter, garnish with salad leaves. Top with 125 gm roasted almonds. Serve chilled.
