Coconut Fried Seafood
Ingredients
- Prawns 200 gm
- Fish fillet 200 gm
- Egg 2
- Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Rice Atta 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut 200 gm fish fillets into fingers. Mark cuts on prawns and keep aside.Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp rice Atta, 3 tbsp corn flour, 4 tbsp desiccated coconut and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add fish fingers and prawns.Now deep fry each piece till golden brown and crisp.
