Coconut Fried Seafood


Ingredients
  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Fish fillet 200 gm
  • Egg 2
  • Green chilies chopped 2 – 3
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Rice Atta 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Cut 200 gm fish fillets into fingers. Mark cuts on prawns and keep aside.Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp rice Atta, 3 tbsp corn flour, 4 tbsp desiccated coconut and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Add fish fingers and prawns.Now deep fry each piece till golden brown and crisp.
