Beef and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- Beef undercut 300 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 1
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Pineapple rings 4 – 5
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut 300 gm beef undercut into thin long slices. Now add to the boiling water and boil till tender.Remove in a strainer and keep aside.Finely chop 1 onion and 1 tomato separately, also chop 4 – 5 pineapple rings into small cubes.Now mix altogether boiled beef, chopped onion, pineapple cubes and chopped tomato.
- Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and ½ cup mayonnaise. Mix well.Spread salad in a platter, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve chilled.
