Beef and Pineapple Salad


Ingredients
  • Beef undercut 300 gm
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Pineapple rings 4 – 5
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Cut 300 gm beef undercut into thin long slices. Now add to the boiling water and boil till tender.Remove in a strainer and keep aside.Finely chop 1 onion and 1 tomato separately, also chop 4 – 5 pineapple rings into small cubes.Now mix altogether boiled beef, chopped onion, pineapple cubes and chopped tomato.
  • Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and ½ cup mayonnaise. Mix well.Spread salad in a platter, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve chilled.
