BBQ Chanp
Ingredients
- Mutton chops ½ kg
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Aluminum foil as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with 3 tbsp raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes.Now add 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 – 3 tbsp oil.Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap.
- Put a wire rack on burning coal. Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side.BBQ chops are ready to serve.
