BBQ Chanp


Ingredients
  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with 3 tbsp raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes.Now add 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 – 3 tbsp oil.Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap.
  • Put a wire rack on burning coal. Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side.BBQ chops are ready to serve.
