Baby cook chicken
Ingredients
- Small chicken with skin 2
- Coriander 1/4bunch
- Fresh red chili 2-3
- Coconut milk 1/2cup
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Curry leaves a few
- Ginger one medium piece
- Black pepper powder 1tsp
- Lemon juice 1tsp
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Salt as required
Method
- In a blender blend together 4-5 cloves of garlic along with ¼ bunch coriander2tbsp soya sauce and 1tsp red chili powder.Add a small amount of water to form a smooth paste Add salt and pepper as required.Apply the marinade to the chicken .
- Then stuff the chicken with a piece of sliced ginger, 2chopped spring onions,1tsp lemon juice and a few coriander leaves.Pour ½ cup coconut milk over the chicken.
- Fill an oven baking dish with water and place the chicken tray in itHeat in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Pour a little coconut milk over the chicken and sprinkle some sesame oil.Bake the chicken again for a few minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.Serve the baby cake chicken with rice.
