Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Onion chopped 1
- Cheddar cheese 2 slice
- Garlic chopped 4 cloves
- Spinach ½ bunch
- Milk ½ liter
- Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
- Pasta ½ packet
- Fresh cream ¼ cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Dry basil ½ tsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Boil ½ packet pasta and keep aside.Add ½ bunch of spinach in boiling water, remove from water, squeeze well and keep aside.Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp basil leaves and 300 gm chicken. Cook on low flame till chicken changes its color. Turn the flame off.
- Now heat 2 tbsp butter with 2 – 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry well till onion soft.Add 3 tbsp flour and ½ liter milk. Cook till thickens. Then add boiled spinach with salt to taste and ¼ tsp white pepper. Mix well.
- Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese, ½ packet mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup fresh cream and fried chicken. Mix well.Lastly add boiled pasta and mix well. Alfredo pasta is ready to serve.
