Steamed coconut pudding


Ingredients
  • Milk 2 ½ cups
  • Eggs 4
  • Green cardamom ½ tsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Rose water few drops
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Desiccated Coconut 4 tbsp heaped
  • For caramel
  • Sugar ½ cup
Method
  • In a blender blend Milk 2 ½ cups, Eggs 4, Green cardamom ½ tsp, Cream ½ cup, Rose water few drops, Bread 2 slices, Condensed milk 1 tin, Desiccated Coconut 4 tbsp heaped, make caramel by melting sugar till light golden, pour caramel into a jelly mold allow it to set, pour blended mixture on top of the caramel, place mold in a baking tray containing water and bake for 45 minutes, chill overnight unmold and serve.
