Buffalo chicken salad
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless breast 2 cut into thick fingers flatten
- Egg 1
- Milk ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard powder ½ tsp
- Iceberg lettuce 2 cups
- Red reddish slice 2
- Capsicum 1 Julian
- Tomato 1 Julian
- Cucumber 1 Julian
- Cottage cheese ½ cup diced
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- French dressing 4 tbsp
- Samosa patti fried 1 cup
Method
- Make batter with eggs, milk, lemon juice, flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, white pepper and mustard, dip chicken fingers in batter, deep fry till light golden and crisp, remove and keep aside. In a bowl put coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce, top with all vegetables, cottage cheese, salt, crushed red pepper, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, French dressing, mix well, top with fried samosa patti and fried chicken fingers, serve as a dinner meal with soup.
