Walnut Crunch


Ingredients
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Oats ½ cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Walnut ½ cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for Pudding
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Egg yolks 6
  • Brown sugar ½ cup
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
Method
  • Mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup oats, 1 tsp coffee, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.Add 100 gm butter and mash well to make crumble.Now add ½ cup walnut and bake for 20 minutes.
Method for Pudding
  • In pan put together 1 packet cream, ½ cup brown sugar, 6 egg yolks and a pinch of nutmeg. Cook well and then remove from fire. Cool completely and beat well.Fold in beaten cream, now in glasses pour pudding mixture, top with raisins and crunch.
