Layered Fruit Cake


Ingredients
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Vanilla custard 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry custard 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Almond fried 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cake Rusk 1 cup
Method
  • In two separate pan boil ½ liter milk each. Add in both ½ cup sugar each and mix well.Now add 2 tbsp dissolved vanilla custard powder in one pan and 2 tbsp dissolves strawberry custard powder in other pan.Cook till both custards thicken. Turn the flame off and remove.
  • In a serving bowl make a layer of strawberry custard, arrange 1 cup cake Rusk on top. Now spread vanilla custard on top.Top with 1 packet cream, also spread 1 tin fruit cocktail and 2 tbsp fried almonds. Serve chilled.
