Hot Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Custard


Ingredients
  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Vanilla Custard
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Vanilla custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
  • In a pan put together 2 cup milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and ½ cup sugar. Cook till boiling, remove from fire and keep aside.Beat together 4 eggs and ½ tsp vanilla essence. Add in boiled milk mixture and beat well.
  • Also add 2 tbsp flour and mix well. Now bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 30 minutes,Hot chocolate pudding with vanilla custard is ready to serve.
