Fish jhatpat


Ingredients
  • Boneless fish cubes ½ kg
  • Onion 2 sliced
  • Capsicum 1 Julian
  • Tomato 1 Julian
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopperize 3
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Black cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 2 finely chopped
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan add 2 chopped onion fry light golden, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes add 3 chopparize tomato with ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp black and 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tsp salt fry for 5 minutes add ½ kg fish with ¼ cup water cook for few minutes then add Julian of 1 capsicum, 2 onion and 1 tomato, ½ tsp all spice powder, 3 tbsp ketchup, mix gently and remove. Serve hot garnish with 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
