Chicken vegetable saucy rice
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless Julienne ½ kg
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Green chilies 4
- Cabbage 1 cup finely cubed
- Capsicum 1 finely cubed
- Carrot 1 thin Julian
- Boiled rice ½ kg
- Oil as required
Method
- Heat oil add garlic paste and chicken fry for 5 minutes, add Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Soya sauce 2 tsp, Vinegar 2 tbsp, Worcestershire sauce ,2 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp,Mustard powder 1 tsp, Black pepper ½ tsp, Ketchup ½ cup, Green chilies 4 add ½ cup water, cook for 5 minutes, remove and cool mixture the add in chopped vegetables. Serve chicken mixture over bed of boiled rice.
