Chicken 65
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Red color a pinch
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Ingredients for Masala
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Curry leaves 10
- Green chilies (cut lengthwise) 10
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method
- Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken with 2 tbsp corn flour, a pinch of red color, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp crushed red pepper. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.Now fry marinated chicken in oil as required.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric and 10 curry leaves.Also add 250 gm yogurt and fry well.
- Lastly add 10 green chilies and fried chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
