Chicken 65


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Red color a pinch
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
Ingredients for Masala
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Green chilies (cut lengthwise) 10
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken with 2 tbsp corn flour, a pinch of red color, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp crushed red pepper. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.Now fry marinated chicken in oil as required.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric and 10 curry leaves.Also add 250 gm yogurt and fry well.
  • Lastly add 10 green chilies and fried chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
