Chicken and Pasta in Red Sauce


Ingredients
  • Chicken thinly sliced 1 cup
  • Any shape Pasta boiled 3 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Capsicum (cut into thin slices) 1
  • Tomato (cut into thin slices) 1
  • Onion (cut into rounds and then halves) 1
  • Tomatoes (blended and sieved) 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate 1 cup thinly sliced chicken with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp crushed red and ½ tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tsp garlic paste, heat ¼ cup oil, add 2 tsp crushed garlic and fry for few seconds, add marinated chicken, sauté till done, add 4 blended tomatoes, 3 cups boiled pasta, 1 tsp oregano, sliced vegetables, 3 tbsp cream and mix all well. Serve with garlic bread.
