Chicken and Pasta in Red Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken thinly sliced 1 cup
- Any shape Pasta boiled 3 cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Capsicum (cut into thin slices) 1
- Tomato (cut into thin slices) 1
- Onion (cut into rounds and then halves) 1
- Tomatoes (blended and sieved) 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Crushed garlic 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
Method
- Marinate 1 cup thinly sliced chicken with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp crushed red and ½ tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tsp garlic paste, heat ¼ cup oil, add 2 tsp crushed garlic and fry for few seconds, add marinated chicken, sauté till done, add 4 blended tomatoes, 3 cups boiled pasta, 1 tsp oregano, sliced vegetables, 3 tbsp cream and mix all well. Serve with garlic bread.
