Bavarian Mint Fudge

Ingredients
  • Chocolate chips 4 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Pepper mint essence 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 ½ tsp
Method
  1. Line a 11 by 7 inches pan with foil, grease the foil with 1 ½ tsp butter and keep aside, in a sauce pan melt the 4 cups chocolate chips with remaining 1 tbsp butter over low heat, stir until smooth, remove from heat, stir in 1 tin condensed milk and both the essence 1 tsp each, mix well, spread into the prepared pan, refrigerate until set. Remove, cut fudge into 1 inch square and serve in petit four cases.
