Tandoori Moti Tikka
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
- Black cumin ¼ tsp
- Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
- Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Egg white beaten 1
- Butter 2 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
- Green chilies grinded 1 tsp heaped
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
Method
- Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken cubes with ¼ tsp black cumin, ¾ tsp crushed black pepper, 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 1 beaten egg white, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp ground green chilies, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and 4 tbsp yogurt, put on skewers and bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
