Tandoori Moti Tikka


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
  • Black cumin ¼ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Egg white beaten 1
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Green chilies grinded 1 tsp heaped
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
Method
  1. Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken cubes with ¼ tsp black cumin, ¾ tsp crushed black pepper, 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 1 beaten egg white, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp ground green chilies, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and 4 tbsp yogurt, put on skewers and bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
