Potato Puffs
Ingredients
- Eggs 2
- Water ½ cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Mashed and boiled potatoes ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Butter ½ tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a sauce pan mix ½ cup water and ½ tbsp butter, when its boiling add in ½ cup flour, mix well, remove from flame, add ½ cup boiled mashed potatoes, also add in ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp coriander leaves, mix well, add in 2 eggs one at a time, beating well, mix all well, heat oil and deep fry puffs, serve immediately with chutney.
