Potato Puffs


Ingredients
  • Eggs 2
  • Water ½ cup
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Mashed and boiled potatoes ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Butter ½ tbsp
  • Oil for frying
Method
  1. In a sauce pan mix ½ cup water and ½ tbsp butter, when its boiling add in ½ cup flour, mix well, remove from flame, add ½ cup boiled mashed potatoes, also add in ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp coriander leaves, mix well, add in 2 eggs one at a time, beating well, mix all well, heat oil and deep fry puffs, serve immediately with chutney.
