Lagan kay Kofty


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Green chili chopped 4
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram 3 tsp heaped
  • Raw papaya ½ tsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Marinate ½ kg mince with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp papaya for 15 minutes, then add to 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp brown onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 4 chopped green chilies and 3 tsp ground roasted gram, mix everything well, make into round balls, spread in a greased lagan, cook for 5 minutes, then add in ½ cup oil, in another pan sauté onion till light brown, add in it ½ cup yogurt, fry for 5 minutes, remove, pour this over to kofta and serve immediately.
