Lagan kay Kofty
Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Onion sliced 2
- Green chili chopped 4
- Oil ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Roasted gram 3 tsp heaped
- Raw papaya ½ tsp
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method
- Marinate ½ kg mince with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp papaya for 15 minutes, then add to 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp brown onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 4 chopped green chilies and 3 tsp ground roasted gram, mix everything well, make into round balls, spread in a greased lagan, cook for 5 minutes, then add in ½ cup oil, in another pan sauté onion till light brown, add in it ½ cup yogurt, fry for 5 minutes, remove, pour this over to kofta and serve immediately.
