Khush Zaiqa Siwaiyan


Ingredients
  • Vermicelli 1 packet
  • Fresh milk 3 cups
  • Sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Ghee ½ cup
  • Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom crushed 1 tsp
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
Method
  1. Mix 3 cups milk and 1 ½ cup sugar, cook till boiling, in another pan heat ½ cup ghee, fry 200 gm vermicelli till golden, add milk and sugar mixture. Cook till dry, lastly add ½ cup khoya, 1 tsp crushed green cardamom, 2 tbsp sliced almonds and pistachio, ½ tsp saffron, 1 tsp kewra and simmer for 10 minutes.
