Khajoori


Ingredients
  • Flour 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ghee ¼ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Baking soda ¼ tsp
  • Semolina 4 tbsp
Method
  1. In a bowl mix 250 gm flour, ½ cup sugar, 4 tbsp semolina, ¼ cup ghee, ¼ cup oil, ¼ tsp baking soda and 1 egg, mix well and form into a dough, if required add milk, keep aside for 15 minutes, roll the dough, cut into diamonds and deep fry.
