Khajoor ka Halwa


Ingredients
  • Wheat flour 200 gm
  • Seedless soft dates 200 gm chopparize
  • Ghee ¾ cup
  • Rose water ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Hot milk 1 tbsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
Method
  1. Dry roast the 200gm wheat flour in a large pan on low flame, stirring continuously until light golden, gradually add ¾ cup ghee and mix properly with flour, add ½ cup rose water and 200gm seedless dates, also add ½ cup sugar, mix well, add 1 tsp ground green cardamom, ½ tsp saffron and milk mixture, cook for 5 minutes, remove in a serving platter, serve hot.
