Kachay Qeemy Ki Tikya


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Whipped yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  • Brown onion ground 2 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 4 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds (roasted and ground) 2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Ingredients
  1. Mix together ½ kg mince, 1 tsp raw papaya, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 ½ tsp salt, 3 tbsp whipped yogurt, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp all spice, 2 tbsp ground brown onion, 4 tbsp ground roasted gram, 2 tsp roasted ground poppy seeds, 4 chopped green chilies and 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, leave it to marinate for half an hour. Make into small kababs and fry on griddle or frying pan on low flame in ghee. Serve garnished with onion rings and chopped coriander.
