Banana chocolate muffins
Ingredients
- Eggs beaten 2
- Bananas mashed 3
- Water 3 ounce
- Oil 3 ounce
- Chocolate chopped 3 ounce
- Caster sugar 4 ounce
- Self raising flour 5 ounce
- Flour 5 ounce
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
Method
- Sieve the 5 ounce flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp soda, add ¼ tsp salt, stir in the 4 ounce caster sugar. Mix together 3 mashed bananas, 2 eggs, 3 ounce water and 3 ounce oil in a jug, pour this onto the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combine, fold in the 3 ounce chopped chocolates, line a 12 whole muffin tin with 12 paper cases and fill with the mixture, bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 degree C for 30 minutes, remove and cool.
