Vegetable Burger with Chili Mayo


Ingredients
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 egg
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 boiled carrot
  • 6 finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Oil for frying
For preparing Chili Mayo Garlic
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander/parsley
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salad leaves as required
Method
  1. Mash all the boiled vegetable together and add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 50 grams butter, 2 tbsp flour, 6 green chilies and coriander and mix it with the help of your hands and form kebabs out of it. 
  2. Coat kebabs with egg first and then corn flakes and fry them in pre heated oil. In a bowl, add ½ cup tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, ½ tsp black pepper,½ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander or parsley and mix them properly together. 
  3. Grill buns on a griddle and apply chili garlic mayo sauce on it. Place kebab on it and salad leaves over it. Place the other half of the bun. Delicious Vegetable Burger with Chili Mayo is ready to serve.
