Vegetable Balti Masala


Ingredients
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup boiled chick peas
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 egg plants
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 green chilies
  • ½ kg tomatoes
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • 250 grams cauliflower
  • 250 grams lady fingers
  • 250 grams carrot
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp hot spices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
Method
  1. Boil ½ kg tomatoes and blend them. Then fry 1 cup peas, potatoes, 2 egg plants, 250 grams cauliflower, 250 gram lady fingers and 250 gram carrot and take it out. Then in left over oil add ½ kg tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1 tsp hot spices and stir it together properly. 
  2. Now add vegetables, 6 green chilies and 1 cup chick peas and allow simmering for 20 minutes. Delicious Vegetable Balti Masala is ready to serve.
