Super Healthy Fish Pattie
Ingredients
- Fish mince 125 grams
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- In a food processor chop together the minced fish, chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped coriander 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp Flour 2 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp.
- Shape the fish mixture into medium sized patties.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till the patties turn golden brown in color.The super healthy fish patties are ready to serve
