Super Healthy Fish Pattie


Ingredients
  • Fish mince 125 grams
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method
  1. In a food processor chop together the minced fish, chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped coriander 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp Flour 2 tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp.
  2. Shape the fish mixture into medium sized patties.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till the patties turn golden brown in color.The super healthy fish patties are ready to serve
