Sabzion kay Seelk Kebab


Ingredients
  • 1 large boiled potato
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 rgg
  • 1 cup grate cabbage
  • 1 cup fried onion
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • 250 grams pea’s seeds
  • 1 tsp stirred cumin
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp hot spices powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp finely sliced green chili
  • ¼ tsp nut meg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • Skewers as required
  • oil for frying
Method
  1. In a pan, add potato, peas, carrot, cabbage, coriander, mint, onion, green chili and mix it properly. Add a raw egg in it. Then add ½ cup rice and 1 tsp stirred cumin, 2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp hot spiced, 1 tsp red chili powder ¼ tsp nut meg powder, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp cardamom powder and 1 cup fried onion in it and mix it properly.
  2. Then form the mixture in a shape of seekh kebabs on skewers as required. In frying pan, heat oil to fry seekh kebabs on low flame. When they are golden brown, take it out and serve.
