Fruit Kebab Skewers With Honey Yogurt Dip


Ingredients
  • Pineapple ½ cup
  • Mangoes 2
  • Lychee 6
  • Sapodilla (Chiko) 2
  • Cottage cheese (cubed) 1/2 packet
  • Peach 2
Method
  1. Cut 1 tin pineapple, 2 mangoes. 1 banana, 2 cheeko and 2 peaches into small pieces.On wooden skewers, alternately thread them.Chill until required or place on a BBQ or grill and cook for 2 minutes on either side.

For The Honey Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  • Plain yogurt 1 cup
  • Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extracts 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest 1
  • Honey 3-4 tbsp
Method
  1. Beat 1 cup yogurt, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 lemon zest and 3-4 tbsp honey in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Serve chilled with fresh fruit kebabs.
