Fruit Kebab Skewers With Honey Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- Pineapple ½ cup
- Mangoes 2
- Lychee 6
- Sapodilla (Chiko) 2
- Cottage cheese (cubed) 1/2 packet
- Peach 2
Method
- Cut 1 tin pineapple, 2 mangoes. 1 banana, 2 cheeko and 2 peaches into small pieces.On wooden skewers, alternately thread them.Chill until required or place on a BBQ or grill and cook for 2 minutes on either side.
For The Honey Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- Plain yogurt 1 cup
- Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extracts 1 tsp
- Lemon zest 1
- Honey 3-4 tbsp
Method
- Beat 1 cup yogurt, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 lemon zest and 3-4 tbsp honey in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Serve chilled with fresh fruit kebabs.
