Fajita wrap


Ingredients
  • Chicken 300gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chili sauce 12 tbsp
Ingredients for topping
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Black olives 10
  • Pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Fajita wrap
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Oregano ½ tsp
Ingredients for dough
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method
  1. In 300gm chicken, add 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, ½ salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic. Leave for 20 minutes.Add this chicken in a frying pan, and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add 1-1/2 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. Knead well. Cover and leave for ½ hour.
  3. When it becomes double in size, make 4 chapattis from this dough, and heat on a griddle.On each chapatti, apply pizza sauce, put chicken, chopped capsicum, black olives and tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and oregano on top.Roll the chapattis and serve.
