Fajita wrap
Ingredients
- Chicken 300gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chili sauce 12 tbsp
Ingredients for topping
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato 1
- Black olives 10
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Fajita wrap
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Oregano ½ tsp
Ingredients for dough
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- In 300gm chicken, add 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, ½ salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garlic. Leave for 20 minutes.Add this chicken in a frying pan, and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 1-1/2 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. Knead well. Cover and leave for ½ hour.
- When it becomes double in size, make 4 chapattis from this dough, and heat on a griddle.On each chapatti, apply pizza sauce, put chicken, chopped capsicum, black olives and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and oregano on top.Roll the chapattis and serve.
