Crystal Prawns
Ingredients
- Prawns ½ kg
- Carrots 1
- Capsicum 1
- Green onion 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Water 3 cups
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

- Firstly wash the prawns. Marinate them for 5 to 6 minutes by mixing them with 1tbsp corn flour and salt to taste.Julienne cut the carrots ,capsicum, green onions and onions .Place the vegetables on a muslin cloth and squeeze them dry.In a wok add 2 cups of water and boil the prawns.
- In the meantime heat 1 cup water in a separate pan. Thicken with 2tbsp corn flour mixed with salt and black pepper .Add the boiled prawns into the white corn flour paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Place the prawns on a serving platter. Garnish with the julienne vegetables.Delicious crystal prawns are ready to serve.
