Chinese Kebabs with Vegetables


Ingredients
  • ½ kg chicken mince
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 capsicums
  • 2 onions
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp nivegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together ½ kg chicken mince, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 socked bread slices, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp salt. Then form the mixture into 12 long kebabs. Then in a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and fry kebabs. 
  2. Then add 2 capsicum, 2 onion and 4 green chilies after finely chopping them and fry them for a minute. Also add 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup soya sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the flame. 
  3. Delicious Chinese Kebab with Vegetables is ready to serve.
