Chicken Roast


Ingredients
  • Chicken ½ kg (8 pieces)
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 3
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 cup
Method
  1. In a pan take chicken pieces add ginger, garlic, yogurt and salt. Boil them without adding water.As the water dries turn off the stove.Take boiled chicken pieces out of the pan and place them in a platter. Keep the pan aside.
  2. Then heat oil in a frying pan, as the oil gets hot put boiled chicken pieces and fry till it gets golden brown and put back in the pan after frying.Now sprinkle black pepper on it and add lemon juice.
  3. Now place the pan on the griddle, cover with a lid and slow down flame for 10 minutes.Delicious Chicken Roast is ready to serve.
