Baked Egg Custard
Ingredients
- Egg 4
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Cake crumbs 1 cup
- Almonds/ pistachio 2 tbsp each
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Saffron ¼ tsp
Method
- Blend all together till smooth.Remove in an oven proof dish.Bake in a pre-heated oven on no 4 for 40-45 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
