Baked Egg Custard


Ingredients
  • Egg 4
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Cake crumbs 1 cup
  • Almonds/ pistachio 2 tbsp each
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
Method
  1. Blend all together till smooth.Remove in an oven proof dish.Bake in a pre-heated oven on no 4 for 40-45 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
