Vegetable & Chicken Seekh Kabab


Ingredients
  • 300 gram Chicken mince
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 chopped green chillies
  • Chopped coriander leaves few leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (zaiphal) powder
  • 1 tsp dry mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
For Chutney
  • Some Mint leaves
  • Some Coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp whole cumin
Directions
  1. Add the ingredients in chicken and blend them all together. Make dough of it. Now make seekh kababs of it and place them on the shashlick sticks.Now toast the seekh kababs on grill.Serve them with lemons and chutney.
Directions to make chutney
  1. Take ¼ cup of curd add mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt and whole cumin.Blend them in blender.Now pour it in a bowl.Serve it with delicious low fat vegetable and chicken seekh.
