Kurly Fries


Ingredients
  • ½ kg potatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • Oil for frying
Method
  1. Peel off the skin of ½ kg potatoes and cut into two pieces.Cut into thin slices with a curly cutter and mix with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp rice flour. Put aside for 10 minutes.Deep fry in pre heated oil on medium flame. Tempting Curly Fries are ready.
