Haray masalay ki Machli 


Ingredients
  • Pomfret 2
  • Lemon 2
  • Green chili 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Finely chopped coriander 1 bunch
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices for fish
  • Salt little bit
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
Method
  1. Take 2 pomfret fish and don’t wash them at first. Apply 2 tbsp white vinegar on the fish and leave for 5 minutes.Now wash them and apply a little bit of salt and ½ tsp turmeric.
  2. In a blender, blend 1 bunch of coriander leaves, 6 large green chili and 6 garlic cloves. After blending well, take them out and add a little bit of salt.
  3. Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok, and fry the chutney.In a separate pan, shallow fry the fish in a little bit of hot oil.
  4. When the fish turns golden brown in color, add the fried chutney, 1 tsp crushed red chili and juice of 2 lemons. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.Serve delicious haray masalay ki machli with boiled rice.
