Grilled Fish 


Ingredients
  • Fish fillet 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
  1. Marinate fish fillet with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, to taste salt, 1 tsp mustard powder and 2 lemon juices and leave for 10 minutes.Heat grill pan and add oil and cook fish fillet from the both sides.Remove from the grill pan and add Chaat masala and 1 tsp crushed black pepper, serve with brown bread.
