Egg Less Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- Skimmed milk 2 cups
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Chocolate 2 ounce
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Coco powder 2 tbsp
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Water ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Cream whipped 4 tbsp
Method
- Mix cocoa powder and corn flour in ¼ cup milk to make a smooth paste.Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan. Add the corn flour paste stir continuously until the mixture thickens .Add 50 gm chocolate, cook for 5 minutes till the chocolate melts.
- Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, mix the dissolved gelatin with the chocolate custard,Beat the thick chocolate custard and fold in 4tbsps whipped cream and 1/2tsp vanilla essence.Mix gently and transfer to a serving dish or individual glasses.
- Refrigerate till set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.The egg less chocolate mousse is ready to serve
