Egg Less Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients
  • Skimmed milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Chocolate 2 ounce
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Cream whipped 4 tbsp
Method
  1. Mix cocoa powder and corn flour in ¼ cup milk to make a smooth paste.Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan. Add the corn flour paste stir continuously until the mixture thickens .Add 50 gm chocolate, cook for 5 minutes till the chocolate melts.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, mix the dissolved gelatin with the chocolate custard,Beat the thick chocolate custard and fold in 4tbsps whipped cream and 1/2tsp vanilla essence.Mix gently and transfer to a serving dish or individual glasses.
  3. Refrigerate till set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.The egg less chocolate mousse is ready to serve
