Chicken Seekh Kabab


Ingredients
  • Minced chicken ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 1
  • Finely chopped green chilies 2
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Black peppercorns 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds (khaskhas) 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab spice 1 tbsp
  • Chickpeas 1 tbsp
Method
  1. Finely crush 1 tbsp chickpeas, 1 tsp white cumin seeds, 4 small cardamom, 4 black peppercorns and 1 tbsp khashkhash (poppy seeds). Add this and 1 bread slice in ½ kg minced chicken and chop this mixture in chopper. 
  2. Then add 1 tbsp Seekh kabab masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1 egg and 2 finely chopped green chilies. Knead this mixture. 
  3. Now mould this mixture in the shape of seekh kababs and heat them on griller. Meanwhile brush them with oil. Serve them with hot chapattis.
