Chicken Dumplings


Ingredients
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper half tsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled chicken 100 grams
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients and leave them for 10 minutes.
For stew
  • Vegetable stock 2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Celery 2 sticks
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salt half tsp
  • Black pepper half tsp
  • Fresh red chili 2
  • Bay leave 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken squared pieces 200 grams
Method
  1. Take a pan and put the stock ingredients on the flame.Mix flour, eggs, black pepper, salt, butter, parsley, baking powder and boiled chicken.Add 1 tablespoon of this mixture in the boiled stock. Now cook for 10 minutes.When gets tender, turnoff the flame.
  2. In another pan heat up the oil, add onion and square shaped chicken pieces.Saute for some seconds.
  3. Add carrots, peas, celery, tomatoes, bay leave and 1 cup water. Cook for 10 minutes, now add dumplings and stock and cook more.
  4. Now add red chili, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.Chicken dumplings are ready to serve.
