Bandgobi ki Sabzi
Ingredients:
- Finely chopped cabbage 1 small flower
- Lemon 1
- Green Chilies 2
- Finely chopped coriander little bit
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Nigela seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt To taste
Method
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp oil and add 1 small flower of finely chopped cabbage, 2 green chilies, little bit of coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp nigela seeds, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, ½ tsp turmeric and salt to taste. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Then add juice of 1 lemon and serve with hot chapattis.
