Baked Tikka Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 300 grams boneless chicken
- 1 onion
- 4 green chilies in vinegar
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
Ingredients for sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
Method
- To make sauce, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp chili sauce.Cut 300 grams boneless chicken in small pieces and mix with 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil. Then grill chicken on a grill pan.
- In a bowl, mix grilled chicken with 4 green chilies dipped in vinegar, 1 onion and 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
- Now spread sauce on a bread slice and place grilled chicken. Cover with another slice of bread. Roast on a tawa or a sandwich maker and serve tempting Baked Tikka Sandwiches.
