Baked Tikka Sandwiches


Ingredients
  • 300 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 4 green chilies in vinegar
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
Ingredients for sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
Method
  1. To make sauce, mix together ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp chili sauce.Cut 300 grams boneless chicken in small pieces and mix with 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil. Then grill chicken on a grill pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix grilled chicken with 4 green chilies dipped in vinegar, 1 onion and 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
  3. Now spread sauce on a bread slice and place grilled chicken. Cover with another slice of bread. Roast on a tawa or a sandwich maker and serve tempting Baked Tikka Sandwiches.
