Rapid Fire Chili Chicken
Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken
- 1 capsicum
- 6 chopped green chilies
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Coat 300 gram chicken with 2 tbsp cornflour, ½ tsp black pepper and ¼ tsp salt. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 tbsp ginger. When you can smell the aroma, add chicken in it and cook it till it gets golden brown. Add 6 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp honey and cook.
- When the gravy has thickened, add 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove. Serve Rapid Fire Chili Chicken with rice.
