Rapid Fire Chili Chicken


Ingredients
  • 300 grams chicken
  • 1 capsicum
  • 6 chopped green chilies
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method
  1. Coat 300 gram chicken with 2 tbsp cornflour, ½ tsp black pepper and ¼ tsp salt. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 tbsp ginger. When you can smell the aroma, add chicken in it and cook it till it gets golden brown. Add 6 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp honey and cook. 
  2. When the gravy has thickened, add 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove. Serve Rapid Fire Chili Chicken with rice.
