Pulao Biryani


Ingredients
  • ½ kg rice
  • ½ kg boiled meat
  • 250 grams tomatoes
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 2 cloves
  • 10 green chilies
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp whole black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp salt
Method
  1. In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and add 2 chopped onions. Sauté until onion turns golden brown in color. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 250 grams tomatoes, 10 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole black peppers, 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder and stir together. 
  2. Then add ½ kg boiled meat and 250 grams yogurt and allow simmering on low flame for 5 minutes. Now add ½ kg soaked rice and 1 ½ glasses of water and allow cooking until water dries up. Then allow simmering for 20 minutes. Delicious Pulao Biryani is ready.
